Custom Embroidered Products

Customized products are non-returnable. Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for the delivery of custom embroidery orders during the holiday season.

All discounted sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Product Returns & Exchanges

We want you to have ample time to try on your order. Full refunds or exchanges are accepted up to 14 days from the actual delivery date, provided that the item meets the condition requirements outlined below.


Return Process:
  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your return.
  2. Upon approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.
